I grew up in Pelham, Alabama and have always had a love for food and fashion. After college at The University of Alabama, I moved to Atlanta, GA scoring an internship with Neiman Marcus where my career in Fashion began! I worked for huge luxury designers such as Chanel and Oscar de la Renta but always wanted to move to the fashion capital of the world, NEW YORK CITY! After eight years in Atlanta, working in the Big Apple for 6 years, and getting engaged, it was time to move closer to family and that’s when everything fell in place.
Moving to Charlotte was a huge catalyst in starting my own businesses. I took my love of food and fashion and started a blog, an Instagram platform, and became a local influencer. That is how @thesweetseoul was born. I started to get recognized for my work in the community, being a local influencer and making a change in the influencer world. Fast forward to a year and a half later, I started my own small media company, Sweet Seoul Media, where I focus on consulting, marketing, events, and offer social media management services to my clients.
I’m beyond grateful for the relationships I’ve made and the clients I’ve obtained through networking and social media. I love connecting with people and working with creative like-minded individuals in the Queen City. It’s truly amazing what this city has to offer and I’m so glad I can call Charlotte home. XOXO
